Talk to Your Water.

FLI EXERCISE:

When you fill your water vessel, “charge” your water by saying/thinking good intentions into it.

You might be thinking..

Why the heck would I bother?

And I’m right there with you.

I’ve been intrigued by the idea of “charging” water to embed a higher frequency, thereby changing how it assimilates in our bodies, thus affecting our vibration.

It’s another one of those magical little rituals that I like to play with, especially if there’s any possibility that there’s some realness to it.

But.. I have some questions:

  1. How would our thoughts “charge” or produce a frequency anyway?

  2. How would that frequency influence matter?

Well first, it’s always important to remember:

Everything is energy and vibration.

We know this from Albert Einstein and Nikola Tesla.

But read on if you’d like to uncover with me how this truth might mean that we can magically influence the water we drink to influence our own reality.

How our thoughts produce frequency:

Let’s start with our neurons.

Neurons are cells of the nervous system that transmit electrical and chemical signals throughout our body.

Our neurons each have their own electrical firing patterns that enable the encoding and processing of information.

When groups of neurons respond to the same stimulus and fire in the same pattern (firing together and wiring together), they produce synchronized electrical activity, also known as brainwaves.

These brainwaves produce an electromagnetic field (EMF) - an invisible field of energy made of a combination of electric and magnetic forces.

Some examples of EMFs that exist in nature are the Earth’s magnetic field and lightning, whereas man-made examples include WiFi and the electrical wiring in our homes.

Electro + Magnetic?

Where does electricity and magnetism come into play?

An electric current always produces a magnetic field since a magnetic field results from the flow of current.

So.. in our brain, when our neurons create these electrical currents, or brainwaves, they also create a magnetic field.. EMFs.

Therefore..

Our thoughts = firing neurons >>

That are producing an electrical current >>

Producing a magnetic field = Electromagnetic field.

Which means our thoughts produce and emit a frequency that carries information.

How our thought frequency influences matter (like water):

So now that we understand that our thoughts produce and emit frequency, where does that frequency go?

Dr. Joe Dispenza has said, thoughts are the “electrical charges that send signals out into the quantum field.”

What is the quantum field?

“The quantum (or unified) field is an invisible field of energy and information - or you could say a field of intelligence or consciousness - that exists beyond space and time. Nothing physical or material exists there.. it’s beyond anything you can perceive with your senses. This unified field of energy and information is what governs all the laws of nature.
— Dr. Joe Dispenza

I liken it to what fills all of empty space - the space between me and the sky, the planets, everything around me, and even the space between the particles that make up every atom that forms all of matter.

I also learned of the law of entrainment that states “vibration seeks synchronicity," describing the tendency for vibrating systems to synchronize their rhythms when exposed to each other.

Another theory about charging water is that water has the ability to hold “memory”, resulting from electromagnetic fields and various frequencies to which it is exposed.

So in my simple understanding..

Our thoughts move frequency into the quantum field that is embedded in everything in our world; therefore, our concentrated and intentional thought frequency can seek synchronicity with and impact the frequency of matter that we focus upon.

And this would include our water.

So yes..

I’m practicing this.

It does make me feel magical ✨️

It makes me focus on my good intentions.

It makes me imagine my vibration rising and synching with my highest good.

And it even makes me drink more water.

Therefore.. it’s worth it to me.

Also, there are books that speak more to this water idea (that I’m hoping to read in the near future) like these:

If you practice this little magical, vibrational exercise, I would love to know your thoughts!

Stay fli!
